Protein Pancakes: Low Carb, Low Fat & Delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk or skim (I used chocolate!)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 mashed banana
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients, then add the mashed banana. You can add frozen or fresh fruit into the batter at this time as well.
- Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Heat on medium, flip when you see bubbles.
- Top with agave, Greek yogurt, fruit, Stevia, or maple syrup!
