Protein Pancakes: Low Carb, Low Fat & Delicious! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk or skim (I used chocolate!)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed 
  • 1/2 mashed banana

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, then add the mashed banana. You can add frozen or fresh fruit into the batter at this time as well.
  2. Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Heat on medium, flip when you see bubbles.
  4. Top with agave, Greek yogurt, fruit, Stevia, or maple syrup!
